EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by our family own Agricultural Farm and Olive Garden in Southern Italy, Puglia region, Macchia Libera Area, at the foot of Monte S.Angelo.
The Olive Trees have been in our family for generations.
Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil is "first cold pressed."
Cold pressed means that the oil was not heated over a certain temperature (usually 80 degrees Fahrenheit) during processing, thus retaining more nutrients and undergoing less degradation.
First cold pressed, which is of even higher quality than cold pressed, means that the oil was made with the first pressing of the olives.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is grown 100% organic, harvested with traditionally hand racking.
Olives are pressed within 24 hours from harvest.
